XCopy - Synchoronize Folder on Windows

If you want to create a folder which is synchoronize with a source folder , here is the way out-

1. Right-click a blank space on the desktop or in Windows Explorer's right pane.
2. Select New, Shortcut.
3. In the text box on the first page of the Create Shortcut wizard, enter xcopy.exe "C:\sourcefolder\*.*" D:\destinationFolder /d /y /s
4. Give it any name.
5. After updating any file or sub folder in sourcefolder , double click on the shortcut to synchronize
